By accessing and using Flex ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Flex is an AI-powered website builder that allows users to create websites and applications through natural language prompts. The service includes hosting, domain management, and various development tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. However, you grant Flex a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Flex retains all rights to its proprietary technology and software.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable grace period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
